I have not received a confirmation email?

Did you not received a confirmation email within 30 minutes? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Always check your spam folder. It is possible that the confirmation email has ended up there. This is more common with @live and @hotmail addresses.

How can I pay?

Rossberck uses many different payment options. Whatever payment methods you choose. You pay completely safe and secure. Thanks to our secure connection.

How quickly will I be refunded for a return?

When your return has been approved and received in good order, we will transfer the purchase amount within 5 working days.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can be shipped to the following countries:

Can I return my order?

You can return your product within 30 days (after receipt of the product) for free. This also applies to used products. We do not take back empty products.

Do you want to return your order? Send an email with your order number and name to info@rossberck.com.

Note: only registered returns will be processed!

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be credited with the full order amount. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

How do I register my return?

Send an email to info@rossberck.com with the subject: return. Also include your order number and name.

We will process your return as soon as possible.

Will I receive a shipping label?

After you have registered your return, you will receive a shipping label by email. Not received a shipping label? Please contact us as soon as possible.

What are the return conditions?
  1. You return the product within the stipulated period of 30 days after receipt of the product
  2. As far as possible, the products are still in the original packaging. This means that the supplied boxes must be included.
  3. Valid only once per order / delivery address
  4. Please send us an e-mail to: info@rossberck.com with the subject: return. Only registered returns will be processed!
Is it tested on animals?

No, our products are never tested on animals. We also do not use ingredients that have been tested on animals. Testing on animals is also prohibited by law.

Can I request samples?

Unfortunately there are no samples in stock. You can always contactus for sample requests.

Instead of samples, we use a 30-day Not Good = Money Back guarantee. You can try our products for 30 days. Don’t like them? Then return them for free.
