Can I cancel my order?

Have you placed an order, but you would rather cancel it? Please contact us as soon as possible.

When the order has already been shipped, we can unfortunately no longer cancel it. In this case the order has to be returned.

I have not received a confirmation email yet?

Did you not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Always check your spam folder. It is possible that the confirmation email has ended up there. This is more common with @live and @hotmail addresses.

When your return has been approved and received in good order, we will transfer the purchase amount within 5 working days.

How quick will I be refunded if my order has failed?

In most cases the payment will not be completed, when your order has failed. No money will be taken from your bank account.

Has money been debited after all? Then you will receive this back within 5 working days.
